The Community has two swimming pools. One located in the main recreational area and the other in Wingate Village where Whitworth and Roudview Lane meet. The pools are open every day of the year except when they have to be closed for inclement weather or service.
- The hours of the main pool are 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- The hours of the Wingate pool are from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.
All residents are reminded that the pools are there for everyone’s enjoyment and the rules are posted. The Association does not hire Life-guards. Everyone is reminded by a sign at the entrance that they swim at their own risk. Children under 13 are not permitted in the pool area unless they have an adult over the age of 18 supervising them.
During the summer months, Pool Attendants are on duty to insure that only residents in good standing (Assessments are current) are using the pool and to enforce the pool rules that are prominently posted. We ask all residents to become familiar with the posted rules and insure that they and their guests abide by the rules. Swimmers that are disruptive or fail to abide by the rules will be requested to leave the pool.
Our pools are a major amenity to our Community and we want everyone to be able to experience the peaceful enjoyment of them.
