Administrative Team Courtesy Patrol Grounds Maintenance Management

Since our Association is a Corporation, it has the many business activities associated with a commercial enterprise. These activities include: customer satisfaction, personnel management, financial management, safe-guarding association assets, covenant enforcement and maintaining an effective communication system within the Association.
Our Association is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Please see the Board/Committees Page for a more detailed explanation of the Board and their responsibilities. Our Association is unique in that the administrative functions are preformed by Association employees and not the more traditional Property Management Company that you might be accustomed to if you have had previous experience with a Homeowners Association.
Serving directly under the Board of Directors is the Community Association Manager. He has the overall responsibility for the day-to-day functions of the Association and to implement policies established by the Board of Directors. To assist him in those functions he has an Assistant and three major sub-divisions:

- Grounds Maintenance Crew
- Courtesy Patrol
