Administrative Team Courtesy Patrol Grounds Maintenance Management
Our Association maintains over 64 acres of common ground, 55 acres of lakes and over 6 miles of county right of way on Plantation Blvd, Nixon Road, Gunn Highway and Linebaugh Avenue. In addition to the common grounds we have two swimming pools, seven tennis courts, a basketball court, volleyball court, handball court, baseball field, soccer field, fishing docks, gazebo and three playgrounds that require daily maintenance.
The Association performs both the grounds and facility maintenance by a combination of employees and outside contractors. Our maintenance facility is located in the main recreational area. Our grounds maintenance crew can only work on the common area and facilities of the Association and cannot perform any tasks on member property.
Contractors frequently advertise in our monthly newsletter for the more common household services that members might need. Our maintenance crew has a very large job and has limitations both in personnel and budget, if you see an area that needs improvement, please contact our management office.
