Our clubhouse is located off the Gunn Highway entrance into our community. It consists of both an area for community activities and our association offices to include a Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office Community Sub-Station. It is also the Hillsborough County Voting precinct for our Community.
Clubhouse rental is available for social events, business meetings and other functions. The rental portion of the clubhouse consists of four rooms: a large meeting room, a smaller room set up for dancing, a dry bar area and a kitchen. The kitchen has a refrigerator and a stove and microwave for warming food. Parking is available in the circular parking area adjacent to the clubhouse. Additional parking is permitted at the Town Centre across the street. The Clubhouse is rented with ten 8-foot tables and 75 folding chairs. It has a capacity of 100 people based on fire department regulations.
If you would like information on renting the Clubhouse, please call our management office at 969-3991. The clubhouse is rented on a first come, first serve basis and money is required at the time of reservations.
