Advertising of personal items for sale, lost and found, minors providing services (baby sitting, lawn mowing etc.), and non-profit ads are provided at no charge to our homeowners. To submit items to be added to the classified directory, please click on the category you require (such as items for sale) when that screen comes up click to add an AD, from here you can enter the data necessary and, if you have one, add a picture.  Or you can complete the 'Classified Ad Submissions found in eForms - you can not add a picture from E-Forms.

Minors providing services Classified Ads can only be placed by a parent.  Children's cell phone numbers will not be published (Be safe!  Publish your household number so you know who is contacting your child).  Children's Ads should be checked as privately viewed not publicly viewed so they will only be visible to homeowners (not renters as a log on ID is required)  Remember anything marked for public view can be seen by EVERYBODY even people in other states - keep that in mind before you publish your children's information.
