Our Administrative Office and staff are located in the Community Clubhouse. They are the first representatives of the Association you will come in contact with to answer any questions. They welcome new members, maintain the association official records, provide association documents, collect the assessments, perform personnel management for the Association employees, schedule clubhouse functions, coordinate the use of the recreational facilities, manage the Deed Restriction Compliance Program and provide information to members about services provided by the local governmental agencies. In those cases where they cannot resolve your concerns they will inform the Board of Directors of your inquiry and provide a response back to you. To assist them in fully understanding your concerns, we do request that it be submitted in writing.
The office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The telephone number is (813)969-3991 and the fax is (813)962-6648. An answering machine is available after office hours to receive your calls. However, you call will not be returned until the next business day. Please do not use this answering machine for those situations where the proper county authorities should be notified as in the case of police or fire. Those agencies should be called directly by the residents.
For the collection of the assessments, a drop box is available in the parking lot adjacent to the Clubhouse for checks and money orders only. You can also use the drop box to send any other correspondence to the Association.
