The PLANTATION is a Deed Restricted community with a mandatory Homeowners Association. Our Association is named the PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC. It is a not-for-profit corporation incorporated in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. The Association does not contemplate pecuniary gain or profit to the members. The specific purposes for which it is formed are to promote the Health, Safety, and General Welfare of the residents within the Plantation. The Association has the authority to administer the Common Areas on behalf of the owners and to promote and preserve Harmony and Uniformity within the community.
